What do I need to open an account?

Signing up is simple, safe, and secure. You need to be an Australian resident with an active Australian mobile phone number to create your account.

How can I send money?

You pay by debit card. The following cards are accepted:

Maestro (not prepaid)

How much does it cost to send money?

Fees depend on where you're sending. For some destinations, a transfer fee applies, you'll see the exact amount before you confirm. For others, there's no transfer fee, but we make a small margin on the exchange rate.

How do I verify my account?

To increase your sending limits, you'll need to verify your identity in the app. You'll be asked to submit a photo ID and a selfie.
