The following table shows the fees for sending money to Congo. Senders from most countries pay no transfer fee, just a small margin built into the exchange rate. If you're sending from the USA in USD, a flat fee applies depending on the transfer amount.

Sending limits
Your overall account sending limits are based on your verification level. Democratic Republic of Congo-specific limits per delivery method are:

Your recipient will need a mobile phone number registered with either Airtel Money, Orange Money or M-Pesa.
Cancelling a transfer or requesting a refund
If your transfer has already been delivered, recalling the funds can be difficult and take time. It is sometimes easier for you to resolve this directly with the recipient who received your funds. Contact our support team through the app and we will look into what options are available for your transfer. If no options exist, we will let you know.

How can your recipient collect the money?
Airtel Money
Your recipient can collect at any Airtel Money agent. They will need to bring:
- A valid ID
- Their Airtel Money secret PIN (chosen when they opened their account)
They can check their balance by dialling *501# (their PIN will be requested). For help, they can call Airtel customer service on 1211 or email info.airteldrc@cd.airtel.com.
If collection doesn't work at one agent, it's worth trying at another.
Orange Money
Your recipient can collect at any Orange Money agent. They will be asked for their Orange Money secret PIN (chosen when they opened their account).
They can check their balance by dialling *144#. For help, they can call Orange Money customer service on 1777.

M-Pesa
Your recipient can collect at any M-Pesa agent. They can check their balance by dialling *400#.
