How does my recipient cash out?
Funds are available in the Orange Money wallet linked to your recipient's mobile number. They can withdraw cash at any Orange Money agent, or manage their wallet through the USSD menu on #144#.
Orange has moved its wallet services in the Central African Republic into its Max it app (Max it RCA), replacing the standalone Orange Money app. If your recipient has the old Orange Money app installed, they may need to switch to Max it RCA to manage their wallet.
