Funds are available in their M-Pesa wallet. Your recipient can withdraw cash at any M-Pesa agent or ATM. Withdrawals at an ATM typically have a minimum of 100 MZN and a small commission applies.

Your recipient should never pay anything to an agent upfront to receive their cash.
