What details does my recipient need to provide?
Bank transfer: Full name, bank name, and account number. Including an IBAN where available may speed up the transfer.
BigPay: Full name and the mobile number registered with your recipient's BigPay account.
TNG via DuitNow: Full name and the mobile number registered with your recipient's TNG eWallet.
How does my recipient cash out?
Bank transfer: Funds are deposited directly into your recipient's bank account. No further action is needed.
BigPay: Funds appear directly in your recipient's BigPay account. They can use them for payments or transfer to a bank account via the BigPay app.
TNG via DuitNow: Funds appear directly in your recipient's TNG eWallet. They can use them for payments or withdraw to a bank account via the TNG app.
