Funds arrive directly in your recipient's Airtel Money wallet.

To check their balance: dial *436*5# (their PIN will be requested).

To cash out at an agent, they need to bring:

  • A valid ID
  • Their secret Airtel Money PIN (chosen when they opened their account)
