How does my recipient cash out?
Here is what your recipient may need to do depending on how you sent the money.
Airtel
Funds arrive directly in your recipient's Airtel Money wallet.
To check their balance: dial *436*5# (their PIN will be requested).
To cash out at an agent, they need to bring:
- A valid ID
- Their secret Airtel Money PIN (chosen when they opened their account)
