Can I cancel my transfer or get a refund?
If your transfer has already been delivered, recalling the funds can be difficult and take time. It is sometimes easier to resolve this directly with the recipient. Does my recipient need to do anything?
Bank transfer: No action needed. Money is deposited directly into their account once the transfer is processed.
Bank pick-up: Yes. They need to visit a participating bank branch in person to collect their money.
Cash pick-up (Easypagos or Global Envios): Yes. They need to visit an agency in person to collect their money.
Pay to card: No action needed. Money is sent directly to their debit card.
What details does my recipient need to provide?
Bank transfer: No details needed at collection. Make sure you enter the correct account number and bank details when sending.
Bank pick-up: A valid photo ID (cédula de identidad or passport) and the transfer reference number from the app.
Cash pick-up (Easypagos or Global Envios): A valid photo ID (cédula de identidad or passport) and the transfer reference number. Some Easypagos agencies also require a photocopy of the ID.
Pay to card: Full name and 16-digit debit card number. Recipient name should be their legal name, as registered on the card.
How does my recipient cash out?
Bank transfer: Funds are available directly in their bank account.
Bank pick-up: Visit any participating bank branch during opening hours and present their ID and reference number.
Cash pick-up (Easypagos): Visit any Easypagos agency. There are over 1,400 locations in 232 cities across Ecuador. Most are open Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and weekends 9:00am–1:00pm, including public holidays. Find the nearest location at easypagos.com.
Cash pick-up (Global Envios): Visit any Global Envios location. There are over 260 locations across Ecuador, open 365 days a year.
Pay to card: Funds are sent directly to the card. No further steps required.
