Can I cancel my transfer or get a refund?
If your transfer has already been delivered, recalling the funds can be difficult and take time. It is sometimes easier to resolve this directly with the recipient. What details does my recipient need to provide?
You will need your recipient's Pix key. This is a unique identifier linked to their bank account. It can be a CPF number, phone number, email address, or a random key generated by their bank.
How does my recipient cash out?
Funds are deposited directly into the bank account linked to their Pix key. No further action is needed.
If your recipient is not sure which bank account their Pix key is linked to, they should check all bank accounts they hold. Pix keys can be registered to accounts at different banks, so the funds may have arrived at a bank they did not check first.
