Fees

Can I cancel my transfer or get a refund?
If your transfer has already been delivered, recalling the funds can be difficult and take time. It is sometimes easier to resolve this directly with the recipient. Does my recipient need to do anything?
No action needed. Money is sent directly to their debit card.
What details does my recipient need to provide?
Full name and 16-digit debit card number. Recipient name should be their legal name, as registered on the card. The card must be a debit card, since credit cards aren't supported for Pay to Card transfers to Ukraine.
How does my recipient cash out?
Funds are sent directly to the card. No further steps required.
