Can I cancel my transfer or get a refund?

If your transfer has already been delivered, recalling the funds can be difficult and take time. It is sometimes easier to resolve this directly with the recipient. Contact our support team through the app and we will look into what options are available. You can also refer to our global article Can I cancel or get a refund for my transfer?

For your recipient

Does my recipient need to do anything?

No, funds are deposited directly into their Mixx by Yas wallet.

What details does my recipient need to provide?

Their Mixx by Yas registered phone number.

How does my recipient cash out?

Funds are available in their Mixx by Yas wallet immediately and can be used for payments, sent on to others, or withdrawn as cash. To withdraw, they can dial 1452# on their phone, or visit any approved Mixx by Yas point of sale or Togocom agency and withdraw in person.

By default, a recipient's wallet is on a lower KYC tier (KYC1), which caps how much they can receive. If a transfer fails or a recipient can't receive the full amount, this account limit is the most common cause, and they'll need to contact Mixx by Yas directly to upgrade their KYC tier and raise their limit.
