How long will my transfer take?

Transfer times vary depending on the destination country and delivery method. This article explains how to check the estimated time for your specific transfer.

Checking the estimated time

Before you confirm your transfer, the app will show you an estimated delivery time. This is based on the destination country, delivery method, and the time you send.

Most transfers arrive within minutes. Some may take longer depending on the payment method, local bank processing times, or if additional verification is needed.

Note: For bank transfers, it may take up to 2 additional business days for the funds to be reflected in your recipient's account. Banks typically do not process transfers on weekends. If your transfer is sent on a Friday or over the weekend, it will usually be delivered once banks reopen on Monday.

We will also display any specific events that may impact delivery times, such as bank holidays or religious celebrations, via banners in the app.

If your transfer takes longer

If your transfer is taking longer than the estimated time, you can track its progress in the Activity tab of the app. You will receive a notification as soon as the status changes.

Note: In the rare event that a transfer fails, your money is always safe and will be returned to you.
