How do I check the status of my transfer?
You can track your transfer at any time directly in the Taptap Send app.
Where to find your transfer status
Open the app and go to the Activity tab. We will give you as much information as you need about the status of each transfer and any guidance, if applicable.
Tap on the transfer you want to check to see its current status.
Transfer statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| In-progress | The money is on its way. |
| Delivered | The transfer has been successfully delivered. |
| Failed | The transfer could not be delivered. You will receive the money back. |
