How do I use my Taptap Send card?

The Taptap Send card is a virtual card linked to your Taptap Send account. You can use it to make online payments anywhere that accepts Visa or Mastercard.

How do I see my card details?

  1. 1Open the Card menu on the bottom nav and press View details below the card. You will need to authenticate yourself first.
  2. 2Your card number, expiry date and CVV are all displayed there.
  3. 3Make sure no one else can see your card details.

How do I add money to my card?

Simply head to your Taptap Send Multi-currency Wallet and load funds there.

With your Taptap Card, we take care of the currency conversion, allowing you to benefit from Taptap Send's great rates!

  • If you have a wallet with enough money in the currency of your purchase, you'll pay directly with this wallet so no need to worry about FX rates!
  • If you do not have enough balance in a single currency wallet, we will convert funds from your other wallet balance(s) to complete the card payment, using Taptap Send rates at the time of your card transaction and no added fees. Where Taptap Send rates are not available, Visa FX rates will be used.

How do I find my card PIN?

  1. 1From the bottom menu of the app, select Card
  2. 2Tap Manage card
  3. 3Tap View PIN
  4. 4Authenticate yourself and tap Reveal PIN
  5. 5Your PIN will remain displayed for 10 seconds.

Always ensure there is no one around you who could see your PIN. Keep this secure!

How can I see my transactions?

All your transactions are easily found in the Card menu under the Activity tab. You can also see your transactions on the activity section of our home screen, and on the relevant Wallet Details pages.

Can I do cash withdrawals with my card?

At the moment, cash withdrawals are not available.

What if I delete the app, do I lose my card?

No, you will not lose your card if you delete or uninstall our app. However we recommend keeping the app installed so you can manage your card settings and monitor your transactions and balance.

I don't want my card anymore, can I terminate it?

You can terminate your card at any time:

  1. 1Press on the Card section of the bottom nav
  2. 2Tap the Manage tab on the card page
  3. 3Press Terminate card
  4. 4Confirm that you would like to terminate your card
  5. 5Authenticate yourself
