Am I eligible for a Taptap Send card?

The Taptap Send card is available to customers in the UK and Eurozone who have an active Taptap Send wallet. We are gradually expanding access to more countries.

What do I need to get a card?

To be eligible, you need to:

• Have a verified Taptap Send account (completed ID verification)
• Have an active Taptap Send wallet
• Be based in the UK or a Eurozone country

Why do I need a wallet?

Your card is funded directly from your Taptap Send wallet. When you make a purchase, the amount comes out of your wallet balance. You cannot use the card without a wallet.

The card is not yet available in my country. What can I do?

We are expanding access over time. If the card is not available in your country yet, keep an eye on the app for updates. We will let you know when it becomes available in your area.

I meet the requirements but cannot see the card option in my app. What should I do?

Your card is funded directly from your Taptap Send wallet. When you make a purchase, the amount comes out of your wallet balance. You cannot use the card without a wallet.

What types of cards are available?

• Virtual card: available instantly once you have access. No waiting, no delivery. Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and start spending straight away.
• Physical card: available to select users in the UK and EU. Order it from the Card tab in the app. A one-time order fee applies.
