What details does my recipient need to provide?

Your recipient's account number and bank details.
Mobile wallet
The mobile number linked to your recipient's IME Pay, Khalti, or Prabhu Pay account.
Cash pickup
Once the transfer is complete, the recipient will receive an SMS containing a pickup code. To collect the funds, they should visit the nearest City Express branch or any local partner store (look out for the in-store signage). At the counter, the recipient will need to let the agent know they are collecting a City Express transfer and complete a short form to process the cash out.
