Does my recipient need to do anything?
Bank account: No action needed. Money is deposited directly into their account once the transfer is processed.
Cash pickup: Yes. They need to visit a participating cash pickup location in person to collect their money.
Pay to Card: No action needed. Money is sent directly to their debit card.
What details does my recipient need to provide?
Bank account: Their full name, bank name, account number, and IBAN if available. Transfers may process faster if you use an IBAN.
Cash pickup: Their full legal name, exactly as it appears on their DUI (Documento Único de Identidad), and their mobile number.
Pay to card: Full name and 16-digit debit card number. Recipient name should be their legal name, as registered on the card.
How does my recipient cash out?
Bank account: Funds are available directly in their bank account.
Cash pickup: Your recipient can collect their money at a participating cash pickup location. They'll need to bring a valid ID (DUI or passport) that matches the name entered on the transfer.
Pay to card: Funds are sent directly to the card. No further steps required.
