Does my recipient need to do anything?
Wing wallet: No action needed. Funds are credited directly to their Wing account.
Wing cash pickup: Yes. They need to visit any Wing agent to collect their money.
What details does my recipient need to provide?
Wing wallet: Their full legal name, as registered with Wing, their Wing ID (an 8 to 10 digit number found on their Wing account card), and their mobile number.
Wing cash pickup: Their full legal name and mobile number. Please double check these details, as we may not be able to refund your transfer if the recipient information is incorrect.
How does my recipient cash out?
Wing wallet: Funds are available directly in their Wing account. No further steps needed.
Wing cash pickup: Your recipient can collect their money immediately at any Wing agent, using their phone number and the unique transaction code sent to them by SMS.
