How do I pay by Instant Bank Transfer (Plaid)?

Plaid is an online payment method that works via online banking. It's currently available for UK and EU senders.

How to complete a transfer with Plaid

  1. 1Choose the country you want to send money to
  2. 2Enter the amount you want to transfer and tap Next
  3. 3Choose your recipient from your contact list, or enter their details manually. Make sure all details are 100% correct as we can't guarantee refunds if the wrong recipient is chosen
  4. 4On the payment method screen, select Instant Bank Transfer
  5. 5Select your bank from the list
  6. 6Check your transfer details are correct and tap Next
  7. 7You'll be taken to your banking app to approve the payment

Once approved in your banking app, your transfer is on its way.
