How do I change my personal details in the app?

You can update most personal details directly in the app. Some details may no longer be editable after your first transfer, but our support team is here to assist you.

How to access your personal details

  1. 1Open the Taptap Send app and tap your initials in the top-left corner
  2. 2Tap Personal Details
  3. 3Tap Edit next to the detail you want to update
  4. 4If a detail doesn't have an Edit button, it can't be changed directly in the app. Select contact support to be assisted by our team
Note: For changes to legal details such as your name or date of birth, we may ask you to provide supporting documentation. These changes cannot always be guaranteed.
