How do I change my email address?

You can update your email address directly in the Taptap Send app:

  1. 1Tap your initials in the top-left corner
  2. 2Go to Personal Details
  3. 3Tap Email Address, or tap Edit next to it
  4. 4Enter your new email address and confirm

Things to know:

  • The new email address must not already be linked to another Taptap Send account
  • Do not recreate an account if you already used this email address
  • If you used Google sign-in or Apple sign-in, we can switch your account so you can use specific passwords on Taptap Send, if you prefer to. Simply contact our Support team if required.
